The Salesforce Personalization Associate will execute web personalization initiatives across the public tiaa.org and nuveen.com websites in support of the digital roadmap and go-to-market plans. Working within the Web Strategy & Publishing team in the Center of Acceleration, this associate will leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to build, deploy, and optimize personalized web experiences that drive engagement and convert into prospects for Nuveen and TIAA. The heart of this role is the hands-on, day-to-day execution of personalization campaigns and experiences, ensuring brand consistency, data quality, and compliance across the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Build, configure, and deploy personalized web experiences across tiaa.org public web and nuveen.com using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), following established procedures and campaign briefs
Support the setup of audience segments, decisioning rules, and content recommendations within MCP,
and assist in defining the data attributes and triggers that power personalized experiences
Coordinate with web operations and content teams to ensure personalized components render correctly within the CMS and across templates
Perform quality control and support user acceptance testing for personalization experiences prior to go-live, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Maintain documentation for personalization campaigns, audience definitions, and configurations to support repeatability and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with analytics partners to help track engagement outcomes and contribute to YoY improvement of personalization performance
Support intake and prioritization processes for incoming personalization requests under manager guidance
Partner closely with business stakeholders, content authors, and creative teams to translate requirements into executable personalization tactics
