Analytics Station (ASMR) is looking for a Brand Manager cum Account Manager to own the brand voice and day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of 5–6 small-to-midsize client accounts.
About the role
You'll be the main point of contact for a handful of client brands, handling both the brand and creative direction they get from us and the relationship that keeps them happy and renewing. It's a hybrid role: part brand strategist, part account manager. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the Creative Director, Social Media Manager, and Performance Marketing Specialist to keep every client's output on-brand and on schedule.
What you'll do
Own the brand voice and positioning across 5–6 client accounts, making sure messaging, campaign concepts, and creative direction stay consistent with each client's brand
Be the main point of contact for client accounts: run check-ins, manage expectations, and keep renewals on track
Translate client goals into briefs the creative, social, and performance teams can execute against
Review campaign output before it goes out to make sure it's on-brand and on-strategy
Track account health, including budgets, deliverables, and timelines, and flag risks early
Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior to sharpen each client's brand strategy
Present strategy, reporting, and results back to clients in a way that builds trust and justifies renewal or upsell
What we're looking for
Must-have
2–4 years in brand management, account management, or client servicing at an agency (or an equivalent in-house brand role)
Robust written and verbal communication; you're comfortable presenting strategy and numbers to clients
Experience briefing creative, content, or social teams and reviewing their output for brand fit
An organized self-starter who can juggle between accounts without things slipping
Comfortable with basic reporting (campaign performance, budgets, timelines)
