Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a sharp, responsible junior advocate to handle our legal documentation, coordination, and office operations — a lean-team role where your legal grounding will be used across the board,



not just in one function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft, review, and manage agreements, MOUs, approvals, and legal/project files
Conduct and track due diligence, title verification, and documentation for upcoming property purchases
Coordinate between legal, sales, marketing, and project teams as the point of contact for legal matters
Liaise with society members, homebuyers, consultants, vendors, and authorities on documentation and compliance
Handle calls, visitor queries, and front-office coordination alongside legal work
Schedule meetings, maintain minutes, and follow up on action points
Track timelines and compliance processes across live and upcoming deals
Assist in client correspondence, legal drafting, and day-to-day admin systems
Support management with legal research and inputs for recent property acquisitions
