About the Role

StarZen is looking for an
AI/ML & Automation Engineer
who can build and deploy AI, machine learning, Generative AI, and automation solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement
ML, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI
solutions.
Build
RAG pipelines
, including data ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and grounded responses.
Develop
AI agents
with appropriate guardrails, approvals, and human oversight.
Integrate AI/ML models with
APIs, applications, databases, and business workflows
.
Work on
prompt engineering, model evaluation, monitoring, and testing
.
Build and deploy AI services using
APIs and containers
.
Monitor production AI solutions and continuously improve their
accuracy, performance, cost, and reliability
.
Follow best practices for
AI security, privacy, responsible AI, and data protection
.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in
ML Engineering, AI Engineering, or Intelligent Automation
.




Solid hands-on experience with
Python and APIs
.
Experience with
LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, and Vector Databases
.
Knowledge of
ML lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and data pipelines
.
Experience with software development practices including
Git, testing, and version control
.
Understanding of
Responsible AI, security, privacy, and human-in-the-loop processes
.
Ability to work with enterprise-level applications and complex business requirements.

Education
Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems
, or a related field.
Relevant AI/ML, cloud, or technology certifications are an advantage.
