Job Description:

Edify Education is looking for an experienced Pre School Centre Head to manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool centre and ensure a positive learning workplace for children.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily preschool centre operations and activities.
Lead and support teachers and centre staff.
Ensure effective implementation of academic and activity plans.
Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and discipline.
Interact with parents and address their queries professionally.
Monitor student engagement, attendance, and overall development.
Support admissions, parent counselling,



and centre growth initiatives.
Coordinate events, activities, and school programs.
Maintain centre records and ensure smooth administrative operations.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in preschool/early childhood education or centre management.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive leadership and team management abilities.
Ability to manage parents, teachers, and daily centre operations.
Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
