Training Operations Manager – Mid-Senior – Up to ₹3 LPA
Training Program Manager – Senior – Up to ₹6 LPA
Role and compensation will be based on experience, skills and interview performance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute training programs in collaboration with educational institutions.
Manage trainer schedules, workload and resource allocation.
Coordinate with colleges, trainers, freelance trainers and internal teams.
Ensure smooth and timely delivery of training programs.
Monitor program progress and resolve operational challenges.
Maintain training schedules, reports and program documentation.
Support hiring and onboarding of full-time and freelance trainers.
Communicate program updates and escalate operational issues to management.
Skills Required
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Positive organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
Problem-solving and team-management skills.
Experience in education, training, academic operations or program coordination is preferred.
