Role Overview
We are looking for a agile Customer Success Manager who can act as a strategic consultant to AI Certs partners, help them grow their business, improve market performance, and build long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will understand partner goals, guide them with actionable recommendations, and work closely with them to increase adoption, visibility, and success in their respective markets.

Responsibilities
Own and manage post-sale relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction, engagement, and long-term growth.
Act as a consultative advisor to partners by understanding their business model, market challenges, and growth goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure quick resolution of customer issues, queries, and escalations.
Conduct regular partner check-ins, business reviews, and strategic discussions to help partners improve market reach, learner engagement, and certification adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Product, Marketing,



and Support to ensure client feedback is heard and acted upon.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, renewals, chance tracking, and follow-ups in CRM.
Help optimize onboarding and customer journey touchpoints to deliver a consistent, smooth, and high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
3+ years of proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
Demonstrated ability to drive partner growth, enablement, and business performance through consultative relationship management.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
Robust attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that follow-ups, commitments, and customer actions are tracked accurately.
Experience working with international clients, preferably across the EMEA region.
Proficiency in using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar to
