Role Description
The Purchase Executive is a full time, on-site role based at Hilton Garden Inn Goa Calangute in Goa, India. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotations, negotiating prices and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The Purchase Executive monitors inventory levels,



processes purchase orders, verifies invoices against deliveries, and coordinates with departments such as kitchen, housekeeping, and maintenance to understand their requirements. This position ensures compliance with brand standards and local regulations, maintains accurate procurement records, supports cost-control initiatives, and fosters solid vendor relationships to maintain consistent quality and availability of supplies.
