Job Title: US Teleradiology Report QA / Clinical Image Reviewer
Location: Pune (Onsite)
Shift: Adaptable — based on US operational coverage requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on US teleradiology Report QA experience
Role Purpose
This role exists to catch clinically significant discrepancies between radiology images
and the reports generated on them — before those reports reach the client. It is a
clinical correlation function, not an administrative or formatting check. We are
specifically hiring for candidates who have done this exact job before, not candidates
whose experience is adjacent to it (scanning, transcription, coding, or PACS
coordination).
Key Responsibilities
Review diagnostic images directly in PACS against preliminary/final radiologist
reports (CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound, Mammography)
Identify missed findings, reporting discrepancies, incomplete impressions,
incorrect templates, and copy-paste errors
If a QA/QC reviewer identifies a potential report/image inconsistency or other
concern that may require clinical judgment,
the concern must be escalated to
the reporting radiologist for review and determination.
The reporting radiologist retains sole authority for the diagnostic interpretation,
clinical conclusions, report amendments, and final report content.
Verify laterality, body part, clinical history, study details, and Findings-to-
Impression consistency
Recognize clinically significant or critical omitted findings and escalate to the
reporting radiologist
Adhere to client-specific QA and reporting guidelines
Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation of QA findings
Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience with a US teleradiology company, in a QA/image-correlation
capacity specifically
Working fluency in PACS-based image review
Robust grasp of radiology reporting structure and terminology across CT, MRI,
X-ray, Ultrasound, and Mammography
Ability to distinguish clinically
