International B2B Email Outreach Specialist
to manage outbound communication with businesses across global markets.

You will work with researched prospects and website audit insights to create
relevant, personalized and professional business communication
rather than generic mass marketing messages.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute B2B email outreach campaigns.
Create personalized email messaging based on prospect research.
Coordinate with the Lead Research and Website Audit teams.
Segment prospects by country, industry and business type.
Manage email campaigns and follow-up sequences.
Monitor replies, bounces and campaign performance.
Maintain accurate campaign records.
Identify interested and qualified prospects.
Forward qualified conversations to the SDR/Business Development team.
Maintain skilled communication with international prospects.
Continuously test and improve email messaging.
Follow applicable email marketing, privacy and opt-out requirements.

Requirements




Excellent written English.
Solid business communication skills.
Understanding of B2B sales.
Experience with email outreach or lead generation preferred.
Good research and personalization skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Ability to write concise and skilled business emails.
