We are looking for a
Production Manager
who can take end-to-end ownership of our manufacturing operations and build a robust, scalable and quality-driven production function.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for
planning, managing and continuously improving the manufacturing of Ayati's medical devices
, ensuring that products are manufactured on time, at the required quality, and in compliance with applicable regulatory and QMS requirements.

The role requires a highly hands-on individual who can work closely with
Engineering, Quality & Regulatory, Supply Chain, Product and Service teams
to ensure smooth transition from product development to consistent commercial production.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution




Prepare and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer requirements.
Ensure timely production and delivery of finished medical devices.
Plan manpower, machines, materials and production capacity.
Monitor production output, productivity, rejection and rework.
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve throughput.
Maintain appropriate production records and traceability.
Manufacturing Operations
Manage end-to-end assembly and manufacturing activities for electronic and medical devices.
Establish and maintain standardised manufacturing processes, SOPs, work instructions and process controls.
Ensure adherence to approved BOMs, drawings, specifications and manufacturing instructions.
Drive line balancing, cycle-time reduction and productivity improvement.
Implement 5S, visual management and lean manufacturing practices.
