Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Executive to join our gym team. This role is responsible for welcoming members and visitors, managing front desk operations, answering inquiries, and converting potential customers into gym memberships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for fitness and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service
Welcome members and visitors with a friendly and qualified attitude.
Manage daily front desk operations and ensure a smooth member experience.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
Handle member check-ins, registrations, appointments, and basic administrative work.
Provide information about gym facilities, memberships, classes, and services.
Maintain accurate member records and update customer information.




Handle customer concerns and coordinate with the appropriate team members.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.

Sales & Membership
Respond to leads and inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Explain membership plans, pricing, promotions, and available facilities.
Conduct gym tours for prospective members.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable membership options.
Convert leads and walk-in visitors into gym memberships.
Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Achieve monthly membership and sales targets.
Promote personal training, fitness programs, classes, and other gym services.
Maintain a database of leads and regularly update sales records.
Build robust relationships with members to encourage renewals and referrals.
