Cloud DevOps Engineer
to join our
Production Artificial Intelligence & IT Innovation (PA3I)
team in Bengaluru.
As part of the PA3I division, you will play a critical role in delivering a wide range of AI and Data applications within the BNP Paribas workplace. As we scale our application support activity to meet the growing demand for AI/LLM products, you will serve as a key interface for users, ensuring high-quality service delivery, platform stability, and seamless integration between application and infrastructure tribes. This is a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of AI platform production and contribute to the digital transformation of a leading global banking group.
Job Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities:
Incident & Problem Management:
Respond to client tickets with exact, tailored solutions; lead root cause analyses (RCA) and author post-mortem/playbook documentation to enhance team knowledge.
Client Communication:
Act as a bridge between technical teams and clients, communicating effectively regarding platform issues and resolutions.
Automation & Tooling:
Maintain and enhance internal tooling (primarily Python); propose and develop recent packages to optimize system performance.
CI/CD Excellence:
Manage and optimize internal GitLab CI pipelines, including writing pipelines, conducting rigorous testing, and creating standardized templates for the team.
Continuous Improvement:
Promote an automation-first mindset within the squad to ensure sustainable, scalable operations.
