Rigzz Talent is hiring on behalf of an INC-approved nursing college in Asansol, West Bengal.

About the role

The college admits 120 students a year across GNM and B.Sc Nursing and runs an on-campus hostel. We're looking for a Director – Operations & Administration to run the college day to day, so the owner can focus on the big decisions. You'll report directly to the owner and work closely with the principal.

What you'll own

• Admissions and marketing: the full enquiry-to-enrolment funnel, digital and offline campaigns, and the counselling team

• Hiring and people: recruiting faculty and staff, maintaining INC-mandated faculty norms, attendance and payroll coordination

• Academic operations support: timetables, exams, university communication and clinical postings at partner hospitals

• Compliance: INC and WBNC recognition, university affiliation and inspection readiness

• Finance operations: fee collection, vendor payments within budget, and monthly budget-vs-actual reports

• Campus and student services: hostel, transport, facilities, grievances and scholarships

• Systems:



straightforward SOPs and a weekly one-page dashboard for the owner

What we're looking for

• 5+ years in operations, administration or business management, including at least 2 years leading a team

• A track record of hitting targets, ideally in admissions, sales or business growth

• Comfortable with budgets, fee tracking and Excel or Google Sheets reports

• Fluent in Bengali and English (Hindi a plus)

• An ownership mindset: you fix problems without waiting to be told

Valuable to have

• Experience at a nursing or paramedical college, a private college or in hospital administration

• Exposure to INC/WBNC inspections or university affiliation work

• Hands-on digital marketing experience (Meta/Google ads, CRM, WhatsApp campaigns)

• MBA or equivalent management qualification
