Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance Incentives

VidyaInterna Hub is hiring a Customer Success Manager for Kyros Solar.

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented skilled who can contribute to customer acquisition, lead sourcing, sales pitching, follow-ups, and deal closures in the Solar EPC industry.

Key Responsibilities
Source and generate potential solar and EPC customers
Identify and qualify prospective clients
Connect with prospects and understand their requirements
Present and pitch solar solutions effectively
Manage leads from initial contact through deal closure
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, site visits, and project execution
Maintain accurate lead and sales records
Work towards assigned sales and conversion targets

Candidate Requirements




3+ years of experience in sales, customer acquisition, business development, or customer success is preferred
Experience in Solar, EPC, Real Estate, B2B Sales, or related industries will be an advantage
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills are also welcome to apply
Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidates based in Bhopal or willing to work from Bhopal are preferred

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month, including performance-based incentives.

Incentives will be linked to sales performance and successfully closed deals. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and performance.
