Role Description The Consultant – Organisational Performance will be responsible for assessing organizational effectiveness, diagnosing performance gaps, and recommending improvement strategies for client organizations.

This is a full time, on-site position based in Kochi, Kerala requiring regular interaction with clients and participation in in-person meetings and sessions across India.

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Performance Consulting and Performance Management skills to design and implement effective organizational interventions.
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and solution design.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for facilitating discussions, delivering presentations, and creating clear documentation.
Relevant academic background such as a degree in Business, Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
Experience in organizational development, change management, or leadership development is an advantage.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, maintain skilled confidentiality, and manage multiple client engagements.
Robust proficiency with productivity and presentation tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks) and comfort working in structured, consulting environments.
