Roles and Responsibilities
Manage electrical maintenance activities in foundry operations, including induction furnaces, moulding lines (HPML/automatic), sand plants, and utilities such as compressors, MTRR, MTBF, RCA, and breakdown.
Ensure effective operation and maintenance of all electrical systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Lead a team of electricians to achieve daily targets and goals.
Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment failures.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to electricity supply chain management.
