Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and qualifying recent business opportunities, conducting outreach to potential clients, and presenting STRATON GLOBAL’s BPO and operational support solutions. Daily activities include managing sales pipelines, preparing proposals,



coordinating product demonstrations, and maintaining accurate CRM records. The role involves collaborating with operations and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and effective service delivery for new clients. The Sales Executive will also monitor market trends, participate in networking activities, and contribute to meeting revenue and performance targets.

Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within BPO, outsourcing, or related service industries.
Strong skills in lead generation, prospecting, cold calling, and managing sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in conducting client meetings and product demos.
Ability to analyze client needs, tailor solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
