Role & responsibilities
Track daily stock movement, consumption, waste, and shortages.
Receive deliveries, verify vendor invoices, and check goods against Purchase Orders (PO) for quality and temperature.
Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principles for perishables.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and manage reorder levels
Ensure strict adherence to local health codes, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.
Maintain clean dining, kitchen, storage, and pest-free areas.
Ensure proper product labeling, date-marking, and temperature logs
