Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for AI/LLM roles—sourcing, screening, and closing candidates for Research Scientists, ML Engineers, and Prompt Engineering leads.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies using GitHub, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI talent communities to identify niche LLM/AI specialists.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, map skill sets, and translate technical jargon into compelling job narratives.
Drive candidate experience through personalized outreach, technical screening alignment, and timely feedback loops.
Manage recruitment analytics, pipeline reporting,



and time-to-hire KPIs—optimizing for speed and quality of hire.
Stay ahead of AI hiring trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging academic/research hubs in India to maintain a pipeline advantage.
