About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Business Development Executive
with a strong background in
IT Sales and International Business Development
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing IT service deals in the
USA and European markets
.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies for the USA and European markets.
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and other channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM.




Conduct market research and identify potential clients and decision-makers.
Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for smooth project handover.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
Proven experience working with
USA and European clients/markets
.
Robust B2B IT sales and client acquisition experience.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Positive understanding of IT services such as
Web Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps, ERP/CRM, Digital Marketing, Cloud, or SaaS
.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, email marketing, and lead-generation tools.
Ability to independently generate leads, manage prospects, and close deals.
Solid target-oriented and client-focused approach.

Preferred
Existing network of clients or decision-makers in the USA/Europe.
Experience in an IT company, software development agency, or SaaS com
