Role Description
The Senior Business Development Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Bangalore Urban, responsible for driving growth and partnerships for Proxima Skills Academy. This role involves identifying and qualifying current leads, conducting market research to understand industry trends,



and developing strategies to expand the academy’s reach among students, professionals, and corporate clients. The associate will conduct presentations and information sessions for prospective partners and learners, represent the academy at events, and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline, coordinating with internal teams on proposals and partnerships, preparing business reports, and ensuring a consistent, professional communication experience for all prospects and clients.

Qualifications
