Our R&D; teams work hands-on in lab and pilot-scale environments to engineer secure, sensorially pleasing, and market-ready oral care products for global consumers.

Role & Responsibilities
Design and optimize toothpaste formulations using natural, fluoride, and synthetic actives to meet efficacy, stability, and sensory benchmarks.
Lead lab-scale batch trials, adjust rheology/pH, and validate compatibility with packaging and dispensing systems.
Conduct stability, microbial, and accelerated aging tests to ensure product safety and shelf life compliance.
Collaborate with supply chain to source sustainable, halal/kosher-certified, or vegan-compatible raw materials.
Prepare technical dossiers, SOPs, and regulatory documentation aligned with Indian and global oral care standards.




Support scale-up from bench to pilot production and troubleshoot manufacturing deviations with plant engineers.
