About the Role

As the
Senior Manager / Manager – Outreach
, you will be the face of Vidyashilp University across leading K12 schools in the region. You will build robust relationships with
school principals, counsellors, career advisors, study-abroad advisors, and other key stakeholders
, while driving workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and other student engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with the
Admissions and Academic teams
to strengthen the student journey, leverage CRM and data insights, and achieve regional enrolment objectives.





Responsibilities
Represent Vidyashilp University across leading K12 schools in the Bengaluru region and Telangana.
Plan and execute school visits, workshops, webinars, Open Houses, and student engagement initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, counsellors, career advisors, and study-abroad consultants.
Develop and execute regional outreach strategies aligned with enrolment objectives.
Track outreach activities, leads, conversions, and engagement through CRM and data-driven reporting.
Work closely with the Admissions and Academic teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Identify current school partnerships and opportunities to strengthen VU’s presence across the region.
Represent the University at relevant education fairs, conferences, and outreach events.

Qualifications
Minimum
5 years of experience
