We are looking for a energetic, results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our team at our Gurugram office in Spaze I-Tech Park. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our enterprise footprint across the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Selling: Position and sell complex IT solutions, focusing heavily on Enterprise Cybersecurity, Network Management Systems (NMS), Observability tools and solutions.
Recent Customer Acquisition: Drive end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and cold-outreach to high-impact pitches, negotiations,



and deal closures within the enterprise market in Delhi NCR.
Pipeline Management: Build, nurture, and manage a healthy sales pipeline in CRM, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with leading technology vendors and OEMs to co-create value propositions for enterprise clients.
Market Expansion: Identify emerging trends, competitor landscapes, and growth vectors within the regional tech ecosystem.

Key Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven B2B technology sales experience within the Delhi NCR market.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated track record of selling and positioning enterprise IT solutions, specifically Network Security, and Cybersecurity services.
Network & Relationships: Strong existing relationships and networking capabilities with CIOs, IT Directors, CISOs, and procurement leaders across enterprise accounts in De
