Job Summary

Naruto Travels is looking for energetic and motivated HR Interns / HR Executives to join our recruitment team. The role will primarily focus on candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and supporting day-to-day hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Schedule and coordinate walk-in and face-to-face interviews.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining.
Maintain candidate databases, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams.




Support the HR team in achieving daily and monthly hiring targets.
Handle multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.

Requirements
HR Intern: Freshers are welcome.
HR Executive: 1+ year of experience in recruitment preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Candidates comfortable with night shifts are preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
