We are looking for a
Senior Manager – Procurement,
to lead procurement for commercial interior and workplace projects. The role will own sourcing, vendor management, commercial negotiations, cost optimisation and timely procurement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement planning and sourcing across multiple C&I; projects.
Develop and manage a strong vendor and supplier network.
Drive cost savings through negotiation, benchmarking and value engineering.
Manage procurement of
interior, fit-out, furniture, MEP and project-related packages.
Ensure timely procurement of critical and long-lead materials.
Monitor vendor performance across
cost, quality and delivery
.
Track procurement spend against project budgets.
Manage commercial negotiations, POs and vendor contracts.
Identify procurement risks and ensure timely resolution.
Partner with Design, Projects, QS/Commercial and Finance teams.
Lead and mentor the procurement team.

What We’re Looking For
12–18 years
of procurement experience, preferably in
Commercial Interiors, Design & Build, Workplace or Construction
.
Robust experience in vendor management, sourcing and commercial negotiations.
Valuable understanding of interior fit-out materials, furniture and MEP procurement.
Robust cost optimisation and market benchmarking skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and procurement teams.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
