The ideal candidate should have robust practical knowledge of Social Media Management, Paid Advertising, Graphic Designing, Video Editing, SEO, SMM, Google Business Profile (GMB), content creation, posting, audience engagement and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Manage and grow company social media accounts.
Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
Plan and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
Regularly publish posts, reels, stories, videos and promotional content.
Monitor trends, hashtags, competitors and industry updates.
Improve followers, reach, engagement and overall brand visibility.
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
Plan, create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Manage Google Ads and other relevant paid advertising platforms.




Create campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, traffic, engagement and conversions.
Monitor ad performance, CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions and ROI.
Optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives and budgets for better performance.
Prepare regular advertising performance reports.
Graphic Designing
Design skilled and attractive:

Offers & promotional creatives
Reels covers/thumbnails
Campaign creatives
Business/event creatives
Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar designing tools is required.
