The Role

As a Product Manager – Growth, you will own referrals, retargeting of lost/cold leads, and

field-led channels like BTL and partner sales as core growth drivers for SolarSquare. This is a

high-impact, hands-on role where product decisions directly move lead volume, lead quality, and

topline revenue.

You will work closely with design, engineering, marketing, sales, and channel/field teams to

build and scale these programs into reliable, repeatable growth engines.





Scope & Ownership
Own referral as a growth channel end-to-end - trigger moments, incentive design, payout

reliability, and the overall referrer experience.
Own retargeting and re-engagement of cold, dropped-off, or lost leads - win-back

journeys, personalized outreach, and CRM-triggered campaigns.
Build and scale field-led acquisition channels.
Improve lead attribution and visibility across all channels in partnership with

data/analytics.
Support top-of-funnel and website/landing page initiatives as a secondary, not primary,

area of ownership.
Use AI to build and ship faster - from AI-assisted development to embedding AI features

(scoring, chat, automation) into these channels.
Drive user research through field visits, shadowing, and structured interviews to ground

decisions in real customer and partner behaviour.
Translate business goals into transparent roadmap initiatives and measurable outcomes (lead
