We are a newly established soy protein powder manufacturing company, operating from a greenfield facility set up in Sambhaji Nagar. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, plant-based protein solutions while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and regulatory compliance. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance Job Responsibilities:
· Implement and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) as per FSSAI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
· Conduct routine quality checks at various stages of production – raw material, in-process, and finished goods.
· Ensure proper documentation of batch records, quality reports, and audit trails.
· Assist in internal audits and coordinate with external audit teams.
· Manage and maintain SOPs, quality manuals, and regulatory records.
· Investigate and resolve non-conformances and customer complaints in a timely manner.
· Monitor and enforce hygiene and sanitation protocols across the facility.
· Collaborate with production and R&D; teams for continuous improvement in product quality.
· Calibration and maintenance of lab instruments and equipment.
· Maintain traceability records and support product recalls or mock drills when necessary
Quality Control Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct physical, chemical, and microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products as per defined specifications.
· Perform sampling and inspection of materials at various stages of production.
