About the Role

We are looking for a strong, responsible, and well-organized Lead – Business Operations & Coordination who can manage day-to-day operational coordination and ensure smooth working between different departments. This is an Individual Contributor (IC), hands-on coordination and execution role. The role currently has no direct reports and requires someone who can work independently across multiple departments, follow up with different teams, drive execution, and ensure that important tasks and issues are followed through to closure. The ideal candidate should have a strong personality, excellent communication skills, strong influencing and coordination ability, excellent follow-up skills, and a proactive approach to handling people,



customers, and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day operational coordination and ensure smooth workflow.
Act as a key coordination point between Sales, Operations, Accounts, Finance, HR, Admin, Marketing, Product/Technology, and other departments.
Ensure proper communication and timely follow-up between departments.
Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks and commitments are completed within timelines.
Monitor employee discipline, attendance, punctuality, and skilled behaviour.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with the concerned department for quick resolution.
Maintain a qualified, positive, and productive working workplace.
Support management in implementing company processes, instructions, and operational decisions.
Conduct regular follow-ups regarding pending tasks, commitments, and priorities.
