Bending Machine Operator – Roles & Responsibilities
Operate the bending machine as per the approved drawing.(Any Diploma -Mech)
Check material size, thickness, and quality before bending.
Set the correct bending angle and machine settings.
Ensure bending accuracy and product quality+OT perks
Avoid material damage and wastage.
Complete daily production targets on time.
Maintain daily work and production reports.
Follow machine safety rules and wear PPE.
Keep the machine and work area clean.
Report machine problems to the supervisor.
