About the Role:

You are the first hello and the helping hand. We are seeking a agile, polished Bell Boy who can greet guests with warmth, handle luggage with care, and move quickly through the lobby with a smile.

What You’ll Do:
Greet arriving guests and assist with luggage to/from rooms.
Explain hotel amenities and room features upon arrival.
Run errands for guests (ice, messages, packages).
Coordinate with front desk for room changes and VIP arrivals.
Keep lobby and entrance areas tidy and presentable.

What We Require:
1+ year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred).
Excellent grooming and a friendly, qualified demeanor.




Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
Robust communication skills and local area knowledge.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
