Job Description:

KRA-1: Project Collateral Development

• Managing end-to-end development and execution of project collaterals, including 3D

views, brochures, walkthroughs and scale models, ensuring alignment with project

branding, positioning and marketing objectives.

• Coordinating with agencies, architects and internal teams to ensure timely delivery,

quality control and brand consistency across all project communication materials for

sales and marketing activities.

KRA-2: Event Management

• Planning and executing end-to-end marketing events, including project launches,

community events, expos & exhibitions, road shows, society activations and channel

partner meets to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

• Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, agencies and partners for event planning,

branding, logistics and on-ground execution while ensuring seamless operations and

impactful audience experience.

KRA-3: Operational Marketing

• Managing day-to-day operational marketing activities, including project monthly

construction update shoots,



customer testimonial shoots, project collateral printing,

newsletter creation and circulation, WhatsApp marketing and fulfilment of creative

requirements across departments.

• Conducting regular audits and monitoring of hoardings, radio ads, cinema hall branding

and overall brand hygiene across official WhatsApp and LinkedIn profiles to ensure

consistent brand visibility, communication and quality standards.

KRA-4: ATL / BTL Branding

• Managing ATL and BTL branding activities, including channel partner office branding,

project site exterior branding and unipole maintenance to ensure solid brand visibility

and consistent market presence.

• Planning, executing and auditing OOH campaigns, including hoardings and other outdoor

branding mediums while coordinating with vendors and agencies for timely execution

and quality compliance.
