We are looking for a proactive and highly dependable
Operations Executive
to manage and support the day-to-day operations of our growing coaching business, founded by DTU alumni.

MANDATORY: In-Office Role in Saket, Delhi

Working Days:
6 days/week (1 weekday off)

Salary:
₹40,000 - ₹50,000/month

This is a
generalist role
with diverse responsibilities rather than a narrowly defined job function. The ideal candidate is organised, tech-savvy, comfortable taking ownership, and able to adapt quickly as business requirements evolve.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage content across
YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp

• Manage online communities and routine client communication

• Monitor and respond to inbound DMs and enquiries

• Coordinate client calls, schedules, reminders and follow-ups

• Maintain internal trackers, databases and CRM records

• Work extensively with
Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, Forms, Gmail and Calendar

• Use
Excel, Word and other productivity tools

• Use
AI tools such as ChatGPT
to improve productivity and automate repetitive work





• Learn and operate CRM, automation and other business software as required

• Identify operational gaps and proactively improve processes

• Support other day-to-day operational requirements as the business grows

What We're Looking For

• Excellent
written and spoken English

• Robust working knowledge of
Google Workspace and Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp

• Comfortable learning
CRMs, automation tools and new software

• Solid organisational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

• High level of
reliability, ownership and accountability

• Proactive problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable communicating professionally with clients

• Ability to use
AI and technology to work smarter and more efficiently

Experience with
Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, ChatGPT, Zapier/Pabbly, CRM platforms and no-code/automation tools
