About This Role
Weareseeking an experienced Billing and Revenue Management Subject Matter Expert to provide end-to-end operational ownershipoftelecom billing services. This role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, resilience and supportability of billing platforms, while leading critical incident recovery, service transitions, automation initiatives and continual service improvements. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience with Oracle BRM or equivalent telecom billing platforms, robust production support expertise, andasolid understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)andAI-driven operational optimisation within complex BSS settings.
