Siri Live Fish & Frozen Foods is expanding its IMC Floating Fish Feed business across North India and is looking for experienced Area Sales Managers to develop new markets and establish a robust dealer and farmer network.

Key Responsibilities
Develop IMC Floating Fish Feed sales in the assigned territory.
Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors.
Build strong relationships with fish farmers and channel partners.
Visit major fish farming areas regularly and generate recent business.
Conduct product trials and convert potential farmers into regular customers.
Achieve monthly sales and market-development targets.
Monitor competitor brands, pricing and market activities.
Follow up on orders, payments and dealer performance.
Develop the assigned territory independently and report market activities to management.





Candidate Requirements
Experience in Fish Feed / Aquaculture Sales & Marketing preferred.
Positive knowledge of IMC fish farming and floating fish feed market.
Existing network of fish farmers, dealers or distributors is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Candidates with experience in new market development and dealer appointment will be preferred.
