Job Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and employee records.
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
Handle employee queries, performance tracking, and workplace discipline.
Support management in hiring and team-building initiatives.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in HR and Operations.
Solid communication and people-management skills.
Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Experience in a digital marketing/agency setting is preferred.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
