Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Java Production Support Engineer with solid expertise in Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Unix/Linux, and AWS Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues, performing root cause analysis,



supporting application releases, and ensuring high availability of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and support production applications in a 24x7 workplace.
Investigate and resolve P1/P2 incidents within SLA timelines.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Debug Java/Spring Boot applications and analyze application logs.
Write and optimize SQL/PL-SQL queries and stored procedures.
Execute Unix/Linux commands and develop shell scripts for automation.
Monitor AWS resources using CloudWatch and other monitoring tools.
Support deployments, release activities, and change management processes.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Maintain operational documentation and support knowledge repositories.
