About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Sales Supervisor – OOH / DOOH | Hyperlocal Sales to lead a team of 4–5 Sales Executives focused on acquiring premium retail, services and local businesses.

The role involves team management, field sales, current business development, client acquisition, territory planning and revenue achievement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate and mentor a team of 4–5 Sales Executives.
Conduct daily sales huddles, reviews and joint field visits.
Drive new client acquisition through field prospecting and market mapping.
Identify high-potential local businesses, commercial clusters and hyperlocal opportunities.
Meet clients independently, understand requirements, pitch OOH/DOOH solutions and close business.
Support the team in negotiations, proposals, closures and client escalations.




Plan territories and ensure effective market coverage.
Monitor sales targets, pipeline, meetings, conversions and revenue.
Maintain accurate client/prospect databases and sales MIS.
Analyse performance gaps and implement corrective action.
Build client relationships and identify repeat business and upselling prospects.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.

Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
5+ years of field sales experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory/team-lead role.
Experience in OOH / DOOH / Media / Advertising Sales is preferred.
Strong B2B sales, business development and new-client acquisition experience.
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
Strong understanding of local markets and hyperlocal business opportunities.
