Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Home Loan Relationship Manager to manage the home loan requirements of customers purchasing residential properties.

The role will be responsible for coordinating with customers, banks, NBFCs, and internal sales teams to facilitate the complete home loan process—from initial eligibility assessment and documentation through sanction and disbursement.

The candidate will also be responsible for building robust relationships with lending partners, improving loan conversion rates, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Understand customers' home loan requirements and financial profiles.
Explain available home loan options,



eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, and documentation requirements.
Assist customers in selecting suitable lending options based on their requirements.
Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the loan process.
Address customer queries and resolve loan-related issues promptly.
Home Loan Processing:
Manage the complete home loan journey from application to disbursement.
Collect and verify required customer documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for login, credit assessment, sanction, and disbursement.
Track applications and ensure timely movement of files through different stages.
Follow up on pending documentation, credit queries, legal/technical requirements, and sanction conditions.
Ensure timely disbursement in coordination with the customer and internal teams.
