Role Description
The Legal Assistant is a full time, in office role based in Sangareddi. This role supports the legal function by preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts,



and compliance records related to energy storage and electric mobility operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining case files and legal databases, assisting with drafting agreements and internal policies, coordinating with external counsel, and tracking deadlines for regulatory filings and legal matters. The Legal Assistant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, support legal risk assessments, and ensure documentation accuracy and completeness. The role also involves general administrative support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining confidential records.

Qualifications
