Job Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Manage ad budgets and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.
Stay updated with the latest paid marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements: - 1–3 years of experience in Performance/Paid Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Solid analytical and data-driven approach.
Valuable understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
