Role Overview: Creative Head (Cosmetics & Beauty)

As the Creative Head for Cosmetics, you will be the visionary custodian of the brand’s aesthetic, voice, and consumer experience. This role demands a deep pulse on the beauty industry, blending high-fashion editorial sensibilities with commercial e-commerce execution. You will oversee everything from product packaging and visual merchandising to high-impact digital campaigns, ensuring the brand inspires self-expression, luxury, and trust.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Visual Identity & Aesthetics: Define and evolve the brand’s visual guidelines, ensuring consistency across all packaging, digital storefronts, social channels, and physical retail spaces.
Product Launch & Campaign Ideation: Spearhead end-to-end creative concepts for recent product drops, seasonal makeup/skincare collections, and festive campaigns.
Content Direction & Production: Oversee beauty photography,



video shoots, swatches, and model styling, ensuring shade representation, lighting, and textures highlight product quality.
E-Commerce & Digital Presentation: Optimize visual storytelling for online retail platforms, including product detail pages (PDPs), lookbooks, unboxing experiences, and interactive shade finders.
Trend Forecasting: Monitor global beauty trends, color forecasting, social media shifts (e.g., TikTok/Instagram aesthetics), and competitor landscapes to keep the brand culturally relevant.
Team Leadership & Agency Management: Lead an in-house team of graphic designers, video editors, and copywriters while managing external relationships with photographers, MUAs (makeup artists), and production agencies.
