We are looking for a skilled Structural Draftsman to prepare accurate structural drawings and detailed plans based on engineering designs and specifications. The candidate will work closely with structural engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements, codes, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare structural drawings for RCC, steel, and other structural systems.
Develop detailed GA drawings, structural plans, sections, elevations, and reinforcement drawings.
Prepare beam, column, slab, footing, foundation, and staircase details.
Produce reinforcement detailing and bar bending details as required.
Interpret structural engineer's designs, sketches, calculations, and specifications.
Coordinate structural drawings with architectural and MEP drawings.
Revise drawings based on engineer/client comments and site requirements.
Ensure drawings are accurate, explicit, and comply with applicable standards and project specifications.
Maintain proper drawing revisions, documentation, and drawing registers.




Coordinate with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
Assist in preparing as-built drawings when required.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and structural drafting.
Understanding of RCC and steel structures.
Knowledge of reinforcement detailing and construction practices.
Ability to read and understand structural drawings and engineering plans.
Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work within deadlines and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
Relevant experience in structural drafting is preferred.
Knowledge of Revit Structure, Tekla, or other structural software is an advantage.

Experience

Typically 2–5 years of experience in structural drafting/detailing, depending on the position and project requirements.
