Academic Coordination
Plan, monitor, and ensure implementation of the academic calendar in coordination with the Principal.
Ensure timely multiple revision of syllabus in all classes & especially in 10th and 12th. Maintain this record of interaction with respective subject faculty in a diary.
Plan and coordinate classes timetable, lesson planning, syllabus completion, and academic timelines.
Admissions and Fee Management
Handle operations of student’s admission, documentation and respective fee collection and regular follow ups if due.
Ensure existing student’s regular quarterly fee collections and follow ups if due.
Handle RTE admissions operations, documentation and related data maintenance.
Student Management
Resolve student grievances, student discipline, behaviour, and well-being. Coordinate counselling support if required.
Monitor student attendance in all classes and if it being enquired from parents by teachers if short.
Maintain ID card records,



classroom attendance register and UDISE records. Keep reconciling all three.
Monitor whether student diaries are properly maintained by teachers…especially ensure “Achievement Card” and “Participation in School /Class events” is being recorded by teacher in student’s diary.
Parent Communication & Relations
Coordinate parent-teacher meetings (PTMs). Maintain a positive school–parent relationship.
Address parent concerns related to academics and vice versa and thus maintain a balance.
Communicating parents regarding school policies, academic updates, and circulars, student short attendance, discipline, homework, safety, activities and even appreciation for student.
Examination Coordination
Plan yearlong schedule for internal exams, unit tests, and term examinations.
Ensure proper seating arrangements, invigilation and exam discipline.
