This is a Admission/Career Counsellor role in our Arena Animation centre at Nungambakkam

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on suitable courses based on their interest, career goals, and skill levels.
Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, and enrolment formalities clearly.
Convert walk-ins, leads, enquiries, and calls into course enrolments.
Follow up with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Maintain student enquiry data and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with academic team for demo classes, faculty interactions, and student orientation.
Meet monthly admission / enrolment targets.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.

Skill Requirements
Solid communication & convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of multimedia, design, VFX, gaming, or willingness to learn.
Valuable presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle walk-ins, calls, and counselling sessions confidently.





Qualification
Any Degree / Diploma
Experience in counselling, tele-calling, sales, or education industry preferred.
Language proficiency in Telugu, English and Tamil

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
