Role Description
The HR Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The HR Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support organizational development initiatives. The HR Manager will handle compensation and perks administration, coordinate training and development programs,



and serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related queries and grievances. Collaboration with leadership to support workforce planning, culture-building, and retention strategies is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
Solid skills in HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Experience in policy development, compliance with labor regulations, and HR documentation and reporting.
Ability to plan and execute training, development, and organizational change initiatives.
Proficiency in HRIS or other HR technologies and basic data analysis for HR metrics and dashboards.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role,
