Role Description:

The Analyst is responsible for providing L2/L3 production support for enterprise data products on the Enterprise Data Cloud (AWS), ensuring platform stability, data reliability, and timely incident resolution. The role involves monitoring and supporting batch data pipelines, investigating data issues, resolving user-reported incidents and service requests, performing root cause analysis,



and driving operational improvements through automation.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience, a solid learning mindset, the ability to quickly adapt to current technologies and business domains, and an AI-first approach to improve productivity and operational efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience with Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Python, AWS, SQL, and contemporary DataOps practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide L2/L3 support for Enterprise Data Cloud data products, ensuring adherence to SLAs and operational KPIs.
• Monitor, investigate, and resolve batch failures, data issues, user incidents, and service requests with minimal business impact.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
• Support production deployments, release validations, and post-release monitoring.
