Role Description

We're hiring a full-time, in office
Visa Consultant
in Ahmedabad to guide individual and corporate clients through the visa process for destinations worldwide.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and timelines
Prepare and review application forms and supporting documents
Book appointments, coordinate with consulates, and track application status
Keep explicit,



accurate records for every case
Work closely with the ticketing and holiday planning teams for smooth end-to-end travel

Qualifications
Strong knowledge of visa and immigration processes and country-specific requirements
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex procedures simply
High attention to detail in documentation and form-filling
Ability to manage multiple cases at once in a quick-paced, client-focused setting
Comfortable with online visa portals and basic computer applications
Experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a travel agency preferred; travel or immigration certification is a plus
